Every lottery winner is selected using a provably fair algorithm seeded by the XRPL ledger hash at the time of drawing. The ledger index links directly to the XRP Ledger — anyone can verify the result independently. No manipulation is possible because the ledger hash is determined by network consensus, not by Grid Syndicate.
